Hey there are a bunch of fish in the river, there is just too much frikin water to get at them, which is not unexpected at this time of year, anyway the weather man (that’s whether man for you Pop) sez its gonna get colder next week that would help a lot. Last couple of trips have just been a battle with high water.
I’m dying to hit the upper Sol Duc the big fish time of the year has arrived; the tribes netted a 27 pounder the other day.
There’s something to think about while you tie flies
