Fished the Hoh yesterday, found one spot that put out 3 nice winter hatchery fish plus one chrome silver plus several other fish hooked and lost. Then found another winter steelhead downriver, a couple of real nice bulltrout and some smaller bulls. Never saw another angler. Weather was sunny, not too cold.
Didnt suck
